If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your return should you wish to return them.

If for any reason with the merchandise, you may return it at your expense in it original package within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The shipping charges will not be refunded and certain restocking fees may also be accessed depending upon the item. Please contact us for a RA # (return authorization number), so we insure proper credit to your account. Refunds will not be processed without an RA # If you receive a damaged or defective item or there are missing parts, contact us within 5 business days of receipt for assistance. We will make every effort to quickly obtain the necessary replacements to your satisfaction. Please keep all original packaging in case a return becomes necessary. If a replacement or parts are declined, a refund will be issued only after we have inspected the return. We are not responsible for damages not reported within 5 business days of receipt.
